GoCabs β Cancellation & Subscription Policy

GoCabs operates as a transportation directory platform connecting passengers with independent drivers. GoCabs does not process ride payments or operate vehicles.
1. Passenger Ride Cancellations
All transportation bookings and agreements are made directly between the passenger and the independent driver.
Passengers must contact the driver directly to:
- Cancel a ride
- Modify booking details
- Confirm refund terms
GoCabs does not control or enforce driver-specific cancellation terms.
2. Driver Service Cancellations
Drivers are responsible for:
- Providing reasonable notice if canceling a confirmed ride
- Communicating directly with the passenger
- Handling any applicable refund arrangements
Repeated or unjustified cancellations may result in listing review or suspension.
3. Subscription Cancellation (Drivers)
GoCabs operates on a subscription-based listing model.
Drivers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Subscription fees:
- Are billed in advance
- Are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- Remain active until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds will be issued.
If a listing is removed due to policy violations, subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Platform Responsibility
GoCabs is not responsible for:
- Ride payment disputes
- Refund disputes between passenger and driver
- Missed or delayed services
GoCabs may assist in communication but does not guarantee resolution outcomes.
