GoCabs Driver Agreement

By listing on GoCabs, you agree to:

1. Legal Compliance

If offering both local and tourist transportation services, you confirm that you hold a valid Bahamian Taxi Plate.

Only Taxi Plate drivers may offer both local and tourist services in accordance with Bahamian law.

2. Accuracy

You agree that:

  • Cab plate numbers are accurate
  • Vehicle details are accurate
  • Contact information is current

3. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that:

  • You are not an employee of GoCabs
  • You operate independently
  • You are responsible for taxes, insurance, and permits

4. Conduct Standards

Drivers must:

  • Maintain professional behavior
  • Provide safe and clean vehicles
  • Respect passengers
  • Avoid discriminatory practices

5. Verification Badge

GoCabs may issue a “Verified Taxi Plate” badge upon review of documentation.

Verification may be revoked if compliance lapses.

6. Termination

GoCabs reserves the right to suspend or remove listings for:

  • Misrepresentation
  • Regulatory violations
  • Repeated complaints
  • Unsafe conduct
